these following criteria :
1. the candidates are either S1 fresh graduates or having D3 diploma
2. the candidates must have pleasant personalities and possess excellent spoken and written abilities in English
3. the candidates can pass the written test taken at our outlet
4. the candidates agree to have 2 years contract of employment
5. the candidates must be less than 30 years old
6. the candidates agree to join our Teacher Training Program
7. the candidates must reside either in Depok , Cibinong or Bogor
